Following an upgrade to Veeam 9.5 U4, some of my back jobs started to fail with the error, “Error: Failed to find crypto key”
There was not much info on the old interwebs about this, but I did stumble across a solution in this Veeam Forum post (Thanks Keith ).
TL:DR, Update the password used to encrypt backup files.
I overwrote the password with the same one, this worked
